EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION 

01. Dy. General Manager (HR) : Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relation or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM/PGPM) from a recognized University/Institute.

02. Manager (P&I) : B V Sc. & AH/B.Sc(Agri)/PG in relevant field/MBA in Rural Agri Business
from recognized University/Institution shall be considered as an added qualification.

03. Dy. General Manager(Q.A) : Graduate/ Post Graduate in Diary Technology/ Food Technology/ Diary Chemistry from a Recognised Institute. 

04. Dy. Manager(Q.A) : Graduate/ Post Graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology/Dairy
Chemistry/Dairy Microbiology from a recognized Institute/University.

05. Manager (Commercial & Materials Management) : BE (Mechanical/Electrical) or Masters in Commerce, preferably MBA in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management (SCM)/PGDRM.

06. Manager (Marketing) : Full time 2 year MBA in Marketing or equivalent Degree from a
recognized Institute / University.

07. Deputy Manager(Marketing) : Full time 2 year MBA in Marketing or equivalent Degree from a
recognized Institute / University. 

08. Manager(CFP) : B.Tech/ BE(Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation) or Post Graduate in relevant field with MBA in Operations/Production Management. 

09. Manager(Utility & Maintenance) : BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) from a recognized University/Institution. 

10. Dy. Manager (IT) : First Class BE/B.Tech in Computer Science /Information Technology from recongnized University/Institution. 

SELECTION PROCESS 

• Eligible Candidates will be shortlisted and Called for Personal Interview. Selection will be made on the basis of career rating, review of past performance and personal interview by the Selection Committee.
