1. 100 Meters Race  :-   16 Seconds 

2. 800 Meters Race  :-  3 Minutes 45 Seconds 

3. Long Jump  :-  3.5 Meters (3 Chances)

4. Shot Put (7.26 kgs)  :-  4.5 Meters 

Physical Efficiency Test  :-  For Female Candidates 

1. 100 Meters Race  :-   18 Seconds 

2. 800 Meters Race  :-  4 Minutes 45 Seconds 

3. Long Jump  :-  3.0 Meters (3 Chances)
